Very good thinking,alongwith this if the looters are taken to task & stripped of their looted wealth the financial health of this country will soar to great heights & this condition will be attained from just a few top looters & when this process is honestly sccessfully implemented on all there will be no need of loans anymore/we will be be able to pay back what we owe as all the loans have been very technically looted
