Money vs. Passion The Android App Story Do you know what happens when Passion takes on Money? PTI Social Media Team illustrates it time and time again. If you were to ask a leading Mobile Apps company to develop an Android App with the feature set of iPhone App, they would tell you that it is impossible to do it in 10 days with such detailed features. On the other hand, if you made the same request to the Junooni PTI volunteers, the answer would be “for PTI fans- consider it done” . The Mobile Apps team worked a combined 700 hours to deliver this App only because we knew that you were anxiously waiting for this App. So here it is insaf.pk/android Why the Mobile App? The upcoming General Elections are the most important elections for Pakistan. You get updates on current events of Pakistan through your computer and phone. To enhance your phone experience of getting info, this project was started which integrates PTI Social Media initiatives, be it Twitter, Facebook, News, Blogs, Radio, TV along with the opportunities to get more involved with PTI through volunteer signups and donating money. This app is made only for you and its all yours !   Android Story: The story starts right when we released the Official iPhone App for PTI when almost every second person asked "Dude, Where's the Android App"? We were working on the Android App but we realized very soon that we will need Android expert to fulfil your request ASAP. The social media core team played its part in identifying excellent volunteers for the android app and we had a working team including Aadil and Mehmood and led by Qaiser Siddique. They overcame challenges of different screen sizes and operating systems and were able to support over 2000 different android devices and met the deadlines with precision. To say that we are proud of the effort would be an understatement. The passion of the team defeated logic and reason. We are thankful to all the people who helped make this dream come true. We are proud to claim that we are the first political party to have Official PTI Mobile Applications on both Apple and Android platforms. For you, we will strive on making PTI Mobile Apps the best political party App in the world! This is our small gift to Imran Khan and PTI Leadership and people of Pakistan; we feel fortunate to be contributing to this historic movement for Naya Pakistan!
